“A Grand Paradise to enjoy”: discover the exceptional natural and cultural heritage of the Gran Paradiso area. An interactive video containing promotional clips and information about the thirteen municipalities in the Grand-Paradis Mountain Community in the Aosta Valley region. Gran Paradiso National Park, the oldest Park in Italy, protects an area characterised by an Alpine territory with a great variety of environments: larch and fir forests, vast Alpine grasslands, rocks and glaciers. This sitting allows this territory to take pride in an extraordinary wildlife and makes it a sought-after destination both for summer tourism thanks to its many hiking itineraries and for winter tourism, with its ski runs, its itineraries for walking with snow shoes and its splendid ice waterfalls. The area is also ideal for immersing oneself into a relevant cultural reality, with its castles, its museums and its food and wine itineraries.
